A Vehicle Service Contract goes beyond the manufacturers warranty

A Vehicle Service Contract expands your coverage beyond the manufacturer's warranty period and it often pays for repairs that aren't covered by your manufacturer's warranty. It can also pay for the cost of alternate transportation while your Volvo is being repaired in our service center. A Vehicle Service Contract gives you the reassurance of coverage for the cost of parts and labor that are involved with eligible repairs, based on the plan you select. You can have your vehicle repaired virtually anywhere, including our Volvo dealership, or by any ASE-certified repair shop across the country.

The policy can be transferred to the next owner of your Volvo, which can potentially give you a higher resale value. While a small deductible might be required for each covered repair, you avoid the major expense that can be associated with a significant vehicle breakdown.

You can choose one of three different coverage levels

The Powertrain Plan gives you coverage for the engine, transmission, drive axle and transfer case. The Standard Plan provides coverage for your Volvo's brakes, cooling system, drive axle, engine, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning, steering, suspension, transmission and transfer case. The Comprehensive Plan provides the highest level of coverage including your engine and transmission, the interior and exterior, the transfer case, the steering and suspension systems, emission systems, brakes, computer control systems, convenience and technology systems, the drive axle and the cooling system.
